Yes, absolutely. We use zero synthetic preservatives, zero food colouring, and zero chemical stabilizers. The nitrogen flushing in our matte pouches naturally extends shelf life without any additives.

Yes. Our makhana-based products contain zero maida (refined flour) and are 100% gluten-free. They are manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free facility.

Every batch of makhana is hand-harvested directly from the sacred ponds (pakhars) of Darbhanga, Bihar — the world's largest makhana-producing region. We work directly with farming families to ensure quality and fair pricing.

Empty the sachet into a bowl. Add 150ml of hot milk (70-80°C). Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the makhana softens and the kheer thickens. Add more milk to adjust consistency. Serve warm or chilled.

The Savory Mac & Cheese Makhana is a ready-to-eat roasted snack. Simply open the pouch and enjoy straight from the pack. For a warm version, microwave for 30 seconds or pan-toss on low heat for 1-2 minutes.

We recommend hot milk for best results as it activates the flavours properly. However, you can use cold milk and refrigerate for 4-5 hours to make an overnight cold kheer.

Orders above Rs.499 qualify for free shipping. For orders below Rs.499, a flat shipping fee of Rs.49 is charged.
